Please contact us as soon as possible regarding any problems with your order. Non-custom/non-personalized items may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt for refund (less shipping) in the same, undamaged condition it was sent. Items must be returned with a tracking number provided to us before sending back. Returns are not accepted on custom or personalized orders due to the individualized nature of the items.
There may be slight variations from the pictured item and yours, due to the inherent nature of custom-crafted work.
We do not send in process photos.
If this is a gift or you require your item by a specific date, please let us know this at the time of your order, so that we may ensure it arrives in time. If you need something faster than our estimated production time allows, please contact us prior to purchase so that we may determine if we can meet your time frame.
Double check the address on your order. Shipping insurance does not cover packages delivered to an incorrect address.
Most packages, other than those sent to a post office box, require Signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, USPS will leave a notification card that your package can be rescheduled for delivery or picked up at the post office. If you do not reschedule delivery or pick it up and the package is sent back to us, you are responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Lost/Misdelivered Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost or misdelivered by the shipping carrier. We will assist in filing any reports for mail theft or filing insurance claims if necessary. However, USPS will not issue a refund for packages that are shown to be delivered and we will not remake product or refund for items shown to be delivered.
