Terms of Return
Custom Orders
All custom and made-upon-order items are final and do not qualify for return.
If an error is made on a custom order, we will rectify the mistake at no additional cost.
Ready to Ship Items
Unaltered, ready to ship items may be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt based on tracking information.
State of Return
Items must be in original, unworn condition for a return to be accepted.
Reason for Return
Custom and Made-Upon-Order Items - Only if an error was made on our part.
Ready to Ship Items - Any reason, provided the item is in original, unworn condition.
Sale Items - All sale items are final and not eligible for return.
Process for Return
1. Initiate a Return
- Contact us for return approval before sending the item back.
2. Approval
- Once approved, provide us with shipping and tracking information.
3. Send Item
- Ship the item back to us using the approved method.
Process of Refund
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Processing time for refunds is typically within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Shipping Time Frames:
Ready to Ship Items: Mailed within 1 to 3 business days.
Custom or Made-Upon-Order Items: Shipping time frames are provided on the listing page for each item.
Shipping Methods:
Carrier: Items are shipped via USPS.
Service Levels: Customers can choose the level of service at checkout (e.g., First Class, Priority, Priority Express).
Signature Confirmation: Items may be shipped with Signature Confirmation.
Shipping Notifications:
A shipping notification with tracking information will be sent via email when the order is shipped. You may use the tracking number to track your package at the USPS website.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the chosen service level and destination.
Lost or Damaged Items: Please contact us with any issues. USPS will not refund for any items shown to be delivered to the address on the label.
Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delivery Time Estimates: Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
